Ezra Hurwitz is an Emmy Award-winning film director known for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling. Originally a dancer with the New York City Ballet, a serious injury led him to filmmaking, where he quickly gained recognition for his unique ability to blend movement and film.

Ezra has created films for top cultural institutions like the Guggenheim Museum, the New York Times, and Lincoln Center, while also collaborating with brands such as Tiffany & Co., Dior, Apple, and Netflix. His short film Inside & Outwards won an Emmy Award in 2020, and his music video for Sufjan Stevens’ »Sugar« garnered critical acclaim.

In recent years, Ezra has worked with notable talent including Julia Roberts, Emma Stone, and Misty Copeland, and is currently directing projects for Amazon Prime’s The Boys. His work has been featured in top publications such as Variety, Vogue, and Rolling Stone, solidifying his place as a visionary in film and advertising.
