London/Shanghai-based filmmaker Zika Liu is an award-winning director with a background in avant-garde fashion and a passion for filmmaking.

After graduating from the University of the Arts London, he transitioned from fashion buying to directing, working on major campaigns for brands like Burberry, Dior, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz. His BMW commercial, *The Icon*, won him several awards, including *shots* APAC New Director of the Year. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative approach, Liu signed with the production company Hamlet in 2023, expanding his international reach across Europe and APAC.
